Corporate Sponsors retain all the control and creative guidance needed to secure their established brand messages, while also opening up their doors to direct engagement with their customers. Through our process Video Producers can monetize their skills and abilities while gaining exposure spreading their sponsored videos through their personal and professional social networks.
How Does MeHype Work?
MeHype partners with leading brands to bring our Video Producer Network
opportunities to create branded videos for Online Video Marketing. Through MeHype, brands can participate in a unique combination of Viral Marketing, Word of Mouth Marketing, and Online Video Advertising while minimizing the cost through user-generated content versus expensive agency-driven productions.
These companies/brands work with MeHype to develop
creative briefs detailing their brand; their desired target audience;
their marketing objective; if this brief is Pay-per-View or
Contest-based; and any other specifics important to the campaign.
Once
approved, these Creative Briefs are sponsored on MeHype and are open for any registered Video Producer to participate on.MeHype Video Producers can create their branded video content in any format that they are familiar with, we host everything currently popular for online viewing.
Step by Step Description:
- Corporate Sponsors (Advertisers or CS) post a creative video project (in the form of a creative brief with additional assets) on MeHype.com
- Registered MeHype Video Producers accept those projects/creative briefs that they are interested in, produce their video and submit to MeHype for “approval” based on quality control (does not contain nudity, profanity, etc.) and relevance to Corporate Sponsor objectives.
- “Approved” status allows the content to be posted on the MeHype.com and other Publisher websites.
- “Denied” status denies any posting on MeHype and no money will be collected for viewership (on other websites).
- Corporate Sponsors retain all the control and creative guidance needed to secure their established brand messages, while also opening up their doors to direct engagement with their customers.
- Producers are notified of their “Approved” status and encouraged to begin seeding their sponsored video, generating Word of Mouth to earn video views through as many sources as possible (ex. Facebook, MySpace, Blog, Vlog, Email)
- MeHype’s Administrative team will work with Producers to edit/modify all video entries to better meet established objectives of Corporate Sponsor’s creative briefs.
Where Does The Money Come Into Play?
Prior to campaign launch:
- Corporate Sponsor establishes monthly budget and campaign term
- Budget established as “not to exceed”, “Pay-Per-View” (PPV) for each complete video view
- Budget is based on CS market share, product/service, and industry served.
During campaign:
- Corporate Sponsor is only responsible for PPV payments once an “approved” video is watched (in its entirety) through the MeHype video player.
- MeHype shares a percentage of each CS PPV amount with
- MeHype Registered Video Producer
- Website Publisher (Site with MeHype Video Player embed)
How do I get started?
In order to get started with MeHype, you will need to register at our main site for the profile that best suits your needs/participation.
- If you are interested in making your own videos for our projects, then you will be a "Producer".
- If you are interested in having MeHype Producers make videos about your products/services, then you will be a "Corporate Sponsor".
- If you simply wish to check out the site and the videos, then you only need to register as a "viewer/user" (you can upgrade later if you change your mind - at no cost).
